Pancake Sunday!

Sundays and Breakfast just go hand in hand. End of discussion: 

Ingrediens:

  • 1 coup/ 128 g flour
  •  3/4 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar 
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup/ 250 ml buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup/ 125 ml  water

How to:

Mix all the dry ingredients together till they're well incorporated. Add the buttermilk, the egg and the water to the dry mixture. Put a little oil in a medium heated pan and let each side bake for about 3-4 minutes ( when they bubble)
