How to do Brunch Platters

A while ago, my friend Leonie made this amazing Brunch Platter wich made the Brunch so more fancy. Ever since every Brunch takes place with a Brunch Platter. Here are some ideas from Pinterest but in general this is how to do it: 

  1. Get lots of fruits (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, melon...)
  2. Colorful vegetables also look good ( Red Pepper, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Avocado)
  3. Get some spreads (hummus, vegan cream cheese, tomato cream...)
  4. NUTS as fillers 
  5. Crackers to dip
  6. Antipasti 



I usually start at the right corner and try to mix the colors. When I have empty space I fill it up with nuts. I also don't make my own spreads I just pimp them up with herbs and olive oil. 


I also like to add some chili oil over avocado - it's so good. 


Pancake Platter : 

  1. Pancakes 
  2. Peanut Butter, Maple Syrup , Jam - whatever you like
  3. Fruits ( Banana!!!)
  4. Chocolate Chips 



I like to decorate around the pancakes and just splash the chocolate chips and fruits around it. It's really easy and so much fun!
